Account Manager

Responsible for full life-cycle sales process of short and long-term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing pre-sales support, and managing existing relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • • Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through monitoring project status, gathering client feedback, and resolving any upcoming issue.
  • • Responsible for building a consistent sales pipeline in IT industry for assigned accounts and delivering end-to-end solutions based on client needs.
  • • Write ecommerce proposals and respond to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals.
  • • Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • • Present technical information and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
  • • Work closely with technical recruiting team to establish clear understanding of requirements, and to ensure success in identifying top-tier talent.
  • • Conduct technical studies and perform competitive analysis to intimately understand customer's business information technology needs and capture business requirements.
  • • Conduct proposals with clearly defined Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership.
  • • Work with Project Managers to produce technical design documents and functional specification.
  • • Collect raw data and interpret for analysis in areas such as client's distribution, contract size, project operational milestone, personnel profitability.

Educational and Experience Requirement

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or related plus 2 years experience or related.
